If we would like a lavender wreath, we don’t necessarily need to have a basketful of lavenders.
This pretty door adornment, which can also be used as a wall adornment is a good example, that it’s possible to make a decorative wreath with few blossoms. It can be prepared any time, since dried rose and dried lavender are needed.
The ingredients of the wreath: dried rose, 2-3 lavender bouquets, braided wreath base (in this case made of grape vine).
As the next step we make small bouquets of the lavenders, bunching together 7-8 strands of lavender in each bouquet. We tie the bouquets together with raffia really near the heads of the lavenders.
We stick the small lavender bouquets to the back side each dried rose with a glue-gun.
We stick the small lavender bouquets to the back side each dried rose with a glue-gun. As the next step we stick the rose lavenders to the wreath base with a glue-gun. All 12 bouquets have been put in their places.
The lavender wreath is ready.
Since I had a lot of roses, and I prepared one series of the bouquets, I adorned the wreath a little further with roses.
